QUALIFICATIONS. Andrew Batty holds a Real Estate Broker's Licence from the State of Florida and is an associate of one of the largest real estate networks in the United States. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has over 30 years' experience in the UK property industry before moving to Florida in 2000.
